WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?

HARBOUR PARTY NYE IS AN AGES 18+ EVENT!

Please note any guests under the age of 18 cannot purchase a ticket and will be refused entry for this event.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY

Luna Park Sydney is a licenced venue (Ages 18 years +) for Harbour Party 2023 and identification is required.
Acceptable forms of identification are:

  • CURRENT Australian Photo Driver’s License
  • CURRENT Passport
  • Service NSW Photo Card

All identification MUST be presented in its physical form at entry or on the Service NSW app. Overseas issued Driver’s Licenses, photos and photocopies of ID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

GETTING TO THE EVENT

Sydney is a hub of activity on New Year’s Eve, please be sure to consult the City of Sydney HERE to best plan your travels!

ACCEPTABLE SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

Dangerous and/or illicit items will not be permitted inside the venue. Persons found to be intoxicated or under the influence of or in possession of illicit drugs are not permitted to enter or remain on the premises

EXTERNAL FOOD & BEVERAGE

External food and drink – including personal drink bottles and sealed bottles of water – are not permitted in the venue.

WHERE SHOULD I BUY TICKETS FROM

To BUY tickets for Luna Park Sydney’s Harbour Party NYE 2023 event select the ‘BUY TICKETS’ button above.

Luna Park Sydney is committed to the safe practice of ticket purchasing activity. Please ensure you “Buy Safe, Buy Right”, and purchase ONLY from Moshtix as the authorised channel of sale this is the only agency whom can provide Harbour Party Ticketing Support.

Luna Park Sydney discourages ticket purchases beyond Moshtix legitimate and intended channel for sale. Third party websites can include; Gumtree, VIAGOGO, Ticketmaster Resale, eBay, Facebook amongst others. For more on this, please search ‘Ticket Re-Selling’ from New South Wales Fair Trading

I CAN’T COMPLETE MY PURCHASE

We’re all for keeping our ticket holders safe and away from fraud, sometimes that means if you’re a traveller international banks have a few speedbumps processing payments – however it’s nothing we can’t handle. WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?

Tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the event. Confirmation of your order will follow after your purchase. Please keep this for your proof of purchase.

If you have not received your ticket on the DAY OF THE EVENT, please make contact with us at harbourparty@lunaparksydney.com

Why? A delivery delay is used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk. In other words, we want to make sure no one has ordered more than their fair share of tickets and the process is fair.

I REQUIRE MOBILITY ACCESS – WHAT DO I DO

If you require mobility access or assistance, please email us harbourparty@lunaparksydney.com during hours of operation. We will be able to coordinate for your needs to ensure you have the best night at Harbour Party 2023!

I’M THINKING OF COMING WITH A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE. DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

There are no group discounts to Harbour Party NYE 2023 however you can purchase up to 10 General Admission tickets.

I’VE LOST MY TICKET(S)/MY TICKETS WERE NOT DELIVERED – WHAT DO I DO

Guests can log in to their Moshtix account to locate their order and tickets.

Credit Card holders who have lost their ticket(s) please send an email to harbourparty@lunaparksydney.com.

In the email, let us know what went wrong and include details such as the full name of the person who purchased the tickets, the confirmation number, which tickets were purchased and a contact number.

I’M AN ANNUAL PASS HOLDER. DOES THAT LET ME IN OR CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

Harbour Party is an 18+ special event; Annual Pass-holders will need to purchase a ticket to attend the event should they wish to come.

THE TICKETS I BOUGHT AND PRINTED HAVE MY NAME ON THEM. CAN OTHER PEOPLE USE THEM IF I GIVE THEM MY TICKETS?

If you are unable to attend Harbour Party 2023, you can change the name/s on your ticket/s.

To Reissue (change the name or date of birth on the ticket) the original purchaser must log in to their Moshtix account

Select the ‘Manage Tickets’ option on the upper right-hand side, select the Reissue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details.

Once the transaction has been approved, the Reissued tickets will be sent via email to the account holder.

YOUR WEBSITE SAYS IT’S SOLD OUT, BUT I FOUND SOME TICKETS ON ANOTHER WEBSITE. ARE THOSE TICKETS VALID?

Moshtix are the official vendors of Harbour Party 2023.

Luna Park Sydney cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from third party vendors. We strongly discourage the purchase of tickets from scalpers and third-party websites

I LIVE OVERSEAS – HOW CAN I GET MY TICKETS DELIVERED TO ME?

We recommend e-tickets for you to print at home or show on your mobile device. Please note that print at home tickets will not be available until 24 hours prior to the event.

DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS

A carer accompanying a Guest with a disability for the sole purpose of assisting that person will be provided with a ticket free of charge. Applies to General Admission tickets only.  Companion card holders must show a valid NSW Companion Card to gain entry to the event. Please email harbourparty@lunaparksydney.com  with  Companion Card and order details during hours of operation for assistance.

WHEN IS THE CAR PARK OPEN

Milsons Point, Kirribilli and surrounds are subjected to road closures on New Years Eve and Day. More information can be found here. We anticipate  that Luna Park’s Car Park will be closed leading up to and during this event.
